Tamasin started her recruitment journey just under 5 years ago. She began her career working with a staffing agency and centered her recruiting efforts for Administrative and Accounting professionals. Tamasin is experienced in full cycle recruitment involved in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting in person interviews, working alongside hiring managers to find the best fit for each role, building offers and onboarding. For the latter half of her career, Tamasin had been looking to make a transition into internal recruitment and found her most recent role with Long View Systems. During her time with Long View, Tamasin has shifted her recruiting focus to primarily IT Professionals.
