Patrick Farrell, PhD
Patrick Farrell earned a B.Eng (University of Sydney), a M.Eng (University of Calgary), a PhD in Engineering and Medical Science (University of Calgary) and spent five years as an academic at the University of Calgary with collaborators in cancer research, infectious diseases, parasitology, and engineering. This was followed by 18 years working in industry in various scientific leadership roles as a Senior Director/Global Director/Director in vaccine research and process development at Sanofi Pasteur and as head of point-of-care diagnostics R&D at Syn-X Pharma/Nanogen. Recently Patrick joined Providence Therapeutics as the VP for process and analytical development.
