Guillaume Beaudoin, PhD
Guillaume Beaudoin completed his BSc in Biochemistry at Concordia University in Montreal and his PhD in Plant Biochemistry at the University of Calgary. He then completed postdoctoral training at the University of Florida with research centered on metabolic damage and repair. Guillaume then joined industry, where he worked as a senior scientist at Conagen, Inc in Bedford, MA, generating organisms that produce compounds for the food and fragrance industries. In 2020, he joined Ginkgo Bioworks in Boston, MA, as a senior organism engineer, where he continues to design, build, and test organisms for the manufacturing of important molecules.
